United States Real Estate Investment Trusts
USA-REIT invests in real estate companies in the United States, with the percentage of each company set by their market cap. So large companies take up a proportionally larger percentage of the index than small companies. Because global REITs have historically been very heavily weighted to the US (50-60% today, and even higher the longer back you look), the data can also stand in reasonably well for a global REIT fund. /// More Info ///
