Mid Cap Growth
Mid cap growth funds follow the group of companies generally valued between $2 billion and $10 billion that managers believe may be poised for growth. Growth funds are typically focused on generating capital gains rather than income.
Note that “growth” is somewhat subjective and can be determined by a variety of measures, so be sure to understand how your particular fund selects companies for the index.
